摘 要:从胜利油田分离筛选石油降解菌株并构建了石油降解微生物菌群C9,通过单因素试验确定了菌群C9的最适N源为KNO3,最适P源为K2HPO4,最适pH范围为7~10,最适摇床转数为150~200r/min;正交试验结果表明SL-51、SL-84、SL-133和SL-163的最适接种比例为1:1:20:1,优化后的最佳石油降解条件为:KNO3 3g·L^-1、K2HPO4 1g·L^-1、pH8、总接种量为6.9%,石油浓度为0.25%;气相色谱分析证明,菌群C9在优化后能更有效地降解原油中各种饱和烃和芳烃。Oil degrading bacteria were isolated and bacterial community C9 with oil degrading ability was constructed. KNO3, K2HPO4, pH 7 - 10 and 150 - 200 r/min were determined as the best N source, P source, initial pH values, and rotating speed respectively by sole factor experiment for C9. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the most suitable proportion of strains SL- 51 :SL- 84:SL- 133:SL- 163 was 1 : 1:20: 1, and optimum oil degradation condition was KNO3 3 g·L^-1, K2HPO4 1 g·L^-1, and pH 8 respectively, at the same time initial inoculation volume was 6.9%, oil concentrate was 0.25%. Gas chromatography analysis proved that C9 could degrade saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon more effectively in the optimum conditions.
