摘　　要：随着大学在校生数量和办学规模的不断扩大,随之而来的大学生考试作弊现象也在不断蔓延,这给高校的教学秩序、教学管理带来很大的冲击和影响。因此,加强对大学生考试作弊现象的分析和研究,制定行之有效的政策和法规来加以遏制和引导,是高校必须面对和立即着手解决的课题。With large numbers of the undergraduates and the large scales of the universities, the cheating in the exams is going up, which has brought great attacks and influences to the teaching order and teaching administration. So that we must make further analysis and study on the cheating phenomenon, laying clown effective policies and laws to restraint and guide. It is the main tasks for educators of higher education must face and take immediate measures to resolve that we must make.
