摘　　要：成人教育要完成历史任务,必须适时调整发展对策,主动更新教育理念,稳定生源,改革成人教育体制,加快成人教育的产业化发展,大力发展网络教育。If adult education want to fulfill its historical task, it shall adjust the develoing countermeasures at the right time, and initiatively update educational concepts, stabilize the number of students, reform the adult education system, accelerate the industrialization development of adult education, and energetically develop cyber education.
