摘　　要：以人参和桔梗为研究对象,采用超声波提取、固相萃取、florisil柱串联活性碳吸附柱净化等手段对样品进行处理,利用气相色谱电子捕获检测器同时测定样品中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的含量。This paper used ginseng and campanulaccae as a research object, wsed ulrasonic Extraction, Solid Phase Extraction and florisil serres of activated carbon adsorption columnet means to deal with the samples, and mensured the content of the organochlorine and carbamate pesticide residues by using the gas chromatography - electron capture detector.
