摘　　要：利用LabVIEW平台,通过软件编程,把文本信息通过变换形成数据流;用几种波形进行编码,加载到陈-Mobius逆变换函数上,使文本信息变成密文;接收方通过解密函数进行解密,恢复本来的文本信息,实现了整个加密系统.利用PC机的网络接口进行传输与接收,构成一套文本信息加密及保密传输系统.Utilizing the LabVIEW software platform, through the programming, at first transformed into data stream, which is encoded by some waveforms and the text information is then modulated on the Chen - Mobius inverse transform functions. Thus the text information is changed into cryptographs. At the receiving terminals, the cryptographs are demodulated and decoded by the deciphering functions and regain the original text information. So the information encryption system is realized. Then by the network interface of the PC computer and through the internet transmission, a new type text information encryption and secrecy transmission system is realized. This initiates the new applications of Chen -Mobius transform in information encryption.
