摘 要:目的比较研究不同义齿软衬材料对白色念珠菌发育的影响。方法将四种不同软衬材料标准试件,用标准白色念珠菌株悬液进行表面黏附后置入沙氏培养液中,通过测定培养液pH值变化研究白色念珠菌在试件表面发育情况。结果各种材料培养液pH均呈时间相关性下降趋势,24h后发育曲线快速下降,到达90-120h后渐趋平缓。结论白色念珠菌软衬材料表面生长呈现早期发育期、快速发育期、稳定期等特点,不同材料其快速发育期持续时间有差异,提示各种软衬材料均有一定抑菌效应并有一定程度的差异,抑菌作用随时间变化显著降低。提示临床上应慎重选择软衬材料。Objective To compare the effect of Candida albicans on the surface of four soft denture-lining materials. Methods Four soft denture-lining materials ( Promedica, COE SOFT, Nissin, Shanghai self-curing denture soft liner) were chosen and made into standard test pieces for fungal growth of Candida albicans ( ATCC 10261 ) on the surfaces, and the pH values of the growth media were measured and recorded per 8 hours. Resdts The decreasing of pH values were observed in all culture media with test pieces coated with Candida albicans ( ATCC10261 ). The curve dropped rapidly after 24 hours, and kept stable around 90 - 120 hours. Promedica silicone-based soft liner showed lower pH value, which was close to that of self-curing resin material and heat-curing resin material, pH value reached to a stable point after 72 hours. The pH value of media with Shanghai serf-curing denture soft-liner showed slower dropping and reached to stable point around 120 hours culture. Conclusion There axe three periods of growth for the Candida albican on the surfaces of denture soft lining materials,which are initial,rapid growth and stable periods. The duration varies among different material. It suggests that soft lining may have certain ability of inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans,and denture plaque control is needed when soft lining is used in prosthetics.
