摘　　要：目的探讨显微手术治疗高颈段椎管肿瘤的方法及疗效。方法22例高位颈段椎管内肿瘤患者经MR检查确诊后,采用显微技术手术治疗。结果肿瘤全切除者15例,次全切除者4例,大部分切除者3例,无明显手术并发症,术后恢复快。结论显微手术能提高高颈段椎管内肿瘤全切除率,最大限度地保护正常脊髓,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the curative effection of microsurgically resecting the high cervical spinal cord tumors. Methods 22 patients with high cervical spinal cord tumor who had been treated with microsurgerywere studied retrospectively. All the patients were subjected to MR imaging before operation. Results Of 22 patients, the tumor was totally removed in 15 patients （68. 18% ）. There was no significant complications, and they got better recovery. Conclusion Microsurgical techniques can raise the rate of total tumor removal and reduce the disability of patients. It is safe and effective.
