摘　　要：介绍了西门子S7-300PLC及组态软件WinCC在沸腾氯化炉控制系统设计中的应用,采用了基于PLC的模糊控制技术,有效解决了复杂对象的控制问题。在分析沸腾氯化工艺的基础上,给出了控制系统的硬件配置,介绍了系统的软件设计。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,各项功能正常,完全达到了设计要求。This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-300 PLC and configuration software WinCC in the boiling chlorinator control system design. Fuzzy control technology based on PLC is adopted , by which the problem of complex object control is solved effectively. The hardware configuration and software design is given after the analysis of boiling chlorination process. The practice indicates, the system works steadily and every function realizes well. So it has reached the design requirement completely.
