摘  要:由于橡胶硫化过程的模糊性,制品性能与诸多不确定性因素有关,人为因素影响大,质量难以控制。针对生产过程中制品质量稳定性存在的问题,深入剖析了塑胶成形过程的特性,研究了硫化成形过程的控制策略和控制算法,最后讨论了工程实现的相关问题。The products of plastic & rubber play an important role in national economy and defence construct. However, because of rubber product vulcanizing process being fuzzy, there are several quality problems in the process of manufacture. One of all is that the stability of quality is always poor, It is closely connected with many uneertaiuty factors such as rubber material ingredient and properties, product structure, technological condition and so on in product quality and performance. So the quality of rubber product often hinges on the experience and skill of process operating worker who handles the shaping procedure. Based on the analysis of existing problem of plastic rubber products, object characteristic of shaping system is analyzed, control strategy and control algorithm of vulcanizing process are studied in the paper. Finally the project implementation problems of system are discussed.
