摘　　要：详细介绍了基于准同步采样算法的电参数在线监测系统,阐述了系统工作原理、硬件组成以及软件实现。该系统实现了电压有效值、电流有效值、输出功率和功率因数等参数的在线监测和越限报警。系统硬件简单,成本低廉,操作界面友好、直观,有利于促进电力系统自动化的实现。A new on-line monitoring and measuring system of electric parameter based on quasi-synchronous sampling is introduced in detail. The principle, hardware composition and software of the system is provided. Measurement functions include measurement of voltage, current, power and power factor. Simple hardware, low cost and friendly interface of this system contribute to the implement for the power system automation.
