摘　　要：通过对大学生职业价值观的特点的分析,提出加强对大学生的职业生涯规划指导,引导大学生进行正确自我分析、职业分析,明确职业理想和职业目标、培养职业所需要的各种能力。以提高大学生的就业竞争力为着力点,解决大学生就业问题。By means of making analysis of the characteristics of the values of the undergraduates,this paper puts forward some views and methods on how to strengthen the guidance to their career planning,guide them to make correct self-analysis and professional analysis,establish clear career ideals and goals,culture all the occupational capacity required in order to enhance the competitiveness of the undergraduates and solve the employment problem.
