摘 要:为了解决制造业逆向物流外包或自营决策问题,以网络分析法(analytic network process,ANP)理论为基础,建立了影响制造业逆向物流外包或自营决策的网络图。以某汽车制造企业为例,通过SD软件进行仿真模拟和灵敏度分析,透视影响该汽车制造企业逆向物流外包或自营决策的因素权重,验证了该网络图的有效性;同时提供了一种解决逆向物流决策问题的定量化思路,期望对企业的逆向物流运作提供决策借鉴。To solve the decision-making problem of outsourcing or self-operation about manufacturing reverse logistics,a network graph of reverse logistics decision making based on the analytic network process (ANP) theory is established. Taking an automobile manufacturer as an example, the outsourcing or self-operation decision making processes are simulated, and the sensitivity analysis is made through a super decision software; and then weights of factors that influence outsourcing or self-operation decision making are observed, This application in automobile manufacturers proves the validity of this network graph. At the same time, a quantify thought to solve the decision making problems about reverse logistics is provided, and it can be helpful for enterprises operation.
