摘　　要：汽车检测与维修专业技能型人才的培养在很大程度上依赖于汽车实训基地的建设。以“技术对接岗位”的要求建设实训基地，能营造真实的工作环境和工作氛围，有助于培养掌握汽车检测与维修技术的高素质技能型人才。The cultivation of professional talents who majored in automobile inspection and maintenance depended on the construction of the car training ground in a great degree. Constructing the car training ground by the request of ＂Technology Adapt to Job＂ can provide the real working circumstance and atmosphere, which is helpful to cultivation of professional talents.
