摘　　要：就汉语国际推广而言,本文提出如何理解、如何实践以及如何推广三个问题。汉语国际推广必须以汉语教学为重点。在实践过程中必须科学厘定对外汉语学科的本体性;讲求简约化和明晰化;强化实证意识。在推广过程中必须注意文明交流,树立正面形象。全文以对外汉语学习词典的编纂为参照物。In order to enhance promotion of Chinese language world-wide, three aspects should be duly considered, namely what＇s the aim, the approaches and the way of doing. Respectively, the paper claims that focus should be on Chinese language learning, on sim- plicity and explicitness of learning process and on positive interaction vis-a-vis the western culture. Relevant considerations on pedagogical lexicography of Chinese are also given.
