摘  要:采用热重-差热分析和X射线衍射法研究了高品位氟碳铈矿焙烧分解机理.实验结果表明,氟碳铈矿的分解过程是分步进行的.低温时,RECO3F(RE代表Ce,La,Pr,Nd等)首先分解生成REOF;随着焙烧温度的提高,REOF发生相分离,生成Ce0.75Nd0.25O1.875和(Ce,Pr)La2O3F3两相;进一步提高温度可促进(Ce,Pr)La2O3F3分离为LaF3,Ce2O3,PrOL1.83等相.The reaction mechanism of the calcination of high grade bastnasite has been studied by TG-DTA and XRD methods. Experimental results show that the decomposition procedure of bastnasite is conducted in steps. Under low temperature, RECO3F is decomposed into REOF at first. With the increase of the calcination temperature, REOF is further decomposed into Ce0.75,Nd0.25O1. 875 and (Ce, Pr ) La2O3F3. When the temperature is further increased, (Ce, Pr) La2O3F3 can be decomposed into LaF3, Ce2O3 and PrO1.83.
