摘　　要：兼职教师是高职院校补充教师数量，优化师资结构，提高教育教学水平的重要力量。我国高职院校兼职教师队伍发展仍然存在一些问题，制度缺失是根本原因。为此，应正确把握兼职教师制度建设的原则，从内部制度建设和新制度建设两方面构建兼职教师制度。Part time teachers are important strengthen for complementing teacher quantity, optimizing teacher structure and enhancing education and teaching level. There still exist some problems in the development of part-time teaching staff in higher vocational education in China, and system shortage is the fundamental reason. Therefore, China should grasp the principle of part time teaching staff system rightly and build part time teaching staff system from two aspects of inside systematic construction and new systematic construction.
