摘 要:借助InternetWeb技术,客户关系管理(CRM)系统突破了企业间的供应链边界和企业间的组织边界,实现了对客户个性化需求的快速响应。保障CRM系统稳定运行、功能可靠、性能稳定等问题成为系统开发者和测试者一致的任务。由于Web应用软件存在界面多、实现方法多、不可控因素多等特点,决定了对该软件的测试与传统的应用软件的测试重点有所不同。与此同时,系统测试与系统优化相互依存、相互促进。该文结合Web应用特点,对该系统的功能、性能、可用性、兼容性和安全性5个方面进行了系统的测试分析。Based on Internet Web technology, CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) has broken the border of supply chain and organization between enterprises, and can make rapid response to individual needs of customers. To ensure the stable operation, reliable function, and consistent performance of CRM system has become a common objective of developer and tester. Since Web application software has such characteristics as multiple interfaces, varied realization methods and uncontrollable factors, the testing of Web software is different from that of traditional software. Meanwhile, system testing and optimization are correlated and influence each other. This paper conducts a systemic testing analysis on the functions, performance, practicability, compatibility and security of this system.
