摘  要:用BPCL型微弱发光测量仪测定了不同温度和不同胁迫时间对绿宝石喜林芋叶片延迟发光的影响.结果表明:随着温度的升高,延迟发光的衰减参数先增加后减小,在15℃时有一最大值;延迟发光的最大强度也会随温度的不同而发生改变,当温度达到50℃时,叶片基本上不再具有延迟发光的特性;随35℃处理时间的延长,延迟发光的衰减逐渐加快,延迟发光的衰减参数成下降趋势;延迟发光的最大强度也会随处理时间的延长而逐渐降低.The influence of different temperatures and different stress times at the same temperature on delayed luminescence(DL) from green emerald leaves has been investigated by BPCL. The results showed that with temperature increasing, the attenuation coefficient gradually increased firstly and then decreased, and at 15 ℃ the attenuation coefficient reached the highest point. With the different temperatures, the maximal intensity of delayed luminescence also changed. When the temperature reached 50 ℃ , the leaf had basically no characteristic of delayed luminescence. With treating time increasing, the attenuation of DL was becoming rapid, the attenuation coefficient was gradually decreasing, and the maximal intensity of delayed luminescence also receded.
