摘　　要：近几年，语言与性别的关系已经成为社会语言学中一个日益重要的领域。笔者通过大量例子展示了反映在语言中的性别歧视现象，分析了这一现象产生的原因，并提出了消除该现象的方法。从研究的角度来看，只有对说话双方的性别进行认真系统的研究，才有可能消除语言中的性别歧视现象，从而使女性得到平等的待遇。Language and sex has become an increasingly important area of sociolinguistics in recent years. By providing abundant evidence, this article shows the sexism phenomena reflected in language, analyzes the reasons for its occurfence, and puts forward some guidelines for the equal treatment of sexes. From the point of view of the research, it seems clear that only if sex of speaker and addressee is investigated seriously and systematically can we possibly eliminate sexist language and put women in an equal status.
