摘 要:本文主要通过热锻形变工艺制取各向异性PrFeBCu稀土永磁材料,研究热锻工艺和后道热处理对铸造PrFeBCu合金永磁性能和组织的影响。热锻PrFeBCu合金永磁性能可达到:(BH)max=169.6kJ/m3、JHc=960kA/m,它们与成分、形变和热处理工艺等因素有关。The anisotropic rare-earth permanent magnets of PrFeBCu alloys were produced by means of the deformation technique of hot forging,and the effects of the processes of hot forging and post-heat treatment on the magnetic properties and their microstructures were studied.The magnetic properties of hot forged magne t of PrFeBCu alloy obtained are as follows:(BH) max =169.6kJ/m 3, JH c=960kA/m,which are related to the composition,deformation and the process of heat treatment and etc.
