奥氮平维持治疗精神分裂症3年疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的长期疗效、安全性及其对患者认知功能的影响。方法完成对68例奥氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者为期3年的观察,采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、副反应量表(TESS)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评定药物治疗的疗效与安全性及其对认知功能的影响。结果奥氮平维持治疗期间,PANSS持续下降,药物疗效好,副反应少,不影响患者认知功能。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症远期疗效稳定,安全性高,有利于患者重返社会。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the long curative effect,safety and the effect of cognitive function of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Total of 68 schizophrenia patients who were treated of olanzapine were observed in three years. The clinical study that assessed the efficacy, safety and the effect of cognitive function was measured with Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale（PANSS）, Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）, treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）,Mini--Mental State Examination（MMSE）. Results During the treatment of olanzapine, the study showed the continuity descend of BPRS,the less side effect and the better curative effect,but it wouldfft impair patients cognitive function. Conclusions Planzapine appears to be more safe and stable in treatment of schizophrenia,it is good for patients to return to the society.
