小柴胡汤证治分类解惑论

摘　　要：小柴胡汤,作为六经主方之一、和法的典型代表,其主治病症之多、适用病种之广,似已远远超过一般方剂,加之其配伍之巧妙、功效之奇特,更增添了其临证化裁的用途,然而,有关小柴胡汤的证治与功效,却一直疑惑颇多。其中影响最大的有下疑问:(1)其所主的少阳之半,实质何在?(2)少阳病与柴胡证的关系究竟如何?(3)在柴胡证中胆与三焦的地位如何?(4)小柴胡汤和解的实际意义为何?(5)其主治少阳与泛治他病的的统一性何在?(6)如何驾驭小柴胡汤"但见一证便是,不必悉具"之经旨?本着理论指导实践、辨证结合论治的要求,试对这些古今争议较多的问题,作了理论上的分析与沟通,进而提出了统一证治的若干基本观点,为中医经典证治体系的系统化、规范化研究,作了一些有益的探索。As one of major decoctions of Six Meridian and a typical representative of mediation methods, Xiachaihu （XCH） decoction is seem to be far ahead of other decoctions on its diversity in mainly curing disorder and general applicability . Additionally it has an artful formula and peculiar efficacy,which is added to many uses in clinical application. Howerver, many doubt on the differentiation symdrome and efficacy of XCH decoction has long been existed,of which the most influential doubt is one as follow： （ 1 ） What＇s the essence of Shaoyang＇s dimidiation dominated by XCH decoction？ （2） What＇s the relationship between Shaoyang disease and XCH symptom-complex？ （3） What position the Gallbladde and Tirple-Jiao are placed respectively？ （4） What＇s the real meaning of XCH decoction treating disorder by mediation？ （5） How to present the uniformity of XCH decoction between its chiefly treating Shaoyang and generally treating other diseases？ （6） How to rein the significance of XCH decoctions ＂one syndrome is enough but not all＂？ The paper tries to abstractly analyze the disputes existed for a long time from the request of ＂theory guiding practice, and differentiation of symptoms and signs combining treatment＂, furthermore raise some basic viewpoints which unifies syndromes and treatment for the explorations of the systematic and standardized research of syndromes and treatment system of TCM classics.
