摘 要:目的研究垂体腺瘤中脆性组氨酸三联(fragile histidine traid,FHIT)、CD147及微血管密度(Microves-sel density,MVD)的表达,探讨三者与肿瘤侵袭行为的关系。方法免疫组化检测FHIT、CD147和MVD(用CD34标记)在63例垂体腺瘤中的表达,分析三者间的相互关系,并结合临床影像资料分析FHIT、CD147和MVD的表达与肿瘤侵袭行为的关系。结果FHIT阴性组MVD(51.44±9.19)表达明显高于阳性组(25.65±14.81,t=-8.40,P<0.01),等级相关分析显示FHIT与MVD间呈负相关(rs=-0.64,P<0.01)。CD147阳性组的MVD(35.56±17.82)表达明显高于CD147阴性组(20.67±12.35,t=2.40,P<0.05),等级相关分析显示CD147与MVD间呈正相关(rs=0.53,P<0.01)。FHIT与CD147呈负相关(2=32.14,r=-0.38,P<0.01)。侵袭组FHIT表达明显低于非侵袭组(2=12.65,P<0.01),而侵袭组CD147表达明显高于非侵袭组(2=7.94,P<0.01),侵袭组MVD(40.82±15.90)水平也明显高于非侵袭组(17.55±9.62,t=7.18,P<0.05)。结论垂体腺瘤中除FHIT低表达和CD147高表达可能影响肿瘤细胞增殖特性外,微血管形成增多也可能是导致肿瘤侵袭性生长的机理之一。Objective To study the expression of fragile histidine traid(FHIT), CD147 and microvessel density (MVD) in pituitary adenomas and their relationships with tumor invasive behavior. Methods The expression of FHIT, CD147 and MVD( marked by CD34 ) in 63 eases of pituitary adenomas was observed by immunohistochemieal methods, and the relationsip of three factors was analyzed by statistics. The relationship between the expression of FHIT, MVD and CD147 and tumor invasive behavior was analyzed based on the imaging data. Results MVD level was significantly higher in FHIT negative group (51.44 ±9. 19)than that in the positive group(25.65 ± 14. 81, t = -8.40, P 〈0.01 ). There was a negative correlation between FHIT and MVD expression by rank correlation analysis( rs = - 0. 64, P 〈 0. 01 ). MVD expression level was rem-arkably higher in CD147 positive group (35.56 ± 17. 82)than that in the negative group(20. 67 ± 12. 35, t = 2. 40, P 〈0. 05). There was a positive correlation between CD147 and MVD by rank eor-relation analysis( rs = 0. 53 ,P 〈 0. 01 ). Meanwhile, there was a negative correlation between FHIT and CD147 ( Х^2 = 32. 14, r = - 0. 38, P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the noninvasive group, FHIT expression was significantly lower( Х^2 = 12. 65, P 〈 0. 01 ) , but CD147 expression was markedly higher resp-eetively in the invasive group( Х^2 = 7.94, P 〈 0.01 ) and MVD expression level was markedly higher in the invasive group(40. 82 ± 15.90) than noninvasive group( 17.55 ± 9. 62, t = 7. 18 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions One of mechanisms may be that mierovaseular formation increasing was related to result in tumor invasive behavior, besides lower expression of FHIT and higher expres-sion of CD147 in pituitary adenomas may promote tumor cell proliferation activity.
