西藏农牧民教育培训模式研究

摘　　要：归纳总结了国内成熟的农民教育培训模式,分析了西藏农牧民教育培训工作的困境与条件,探索西藏农牧民教育培训模式,认为针对从事农牧业的农牧民主要选择产业开发模式、现场传导模式和能人培育模式,针对从事非农产业的农牧民主要选择订单输出模式,辅以其他模式。In the paper, the author sums up the mature educational training mode of farmers and herders in China, analyzes the dilemma and condition of educational training work of farmers and herders in Tibet, explores educational training mode of farmers and herders, and holds that industrial development model, spot conduction mode and capable person cultivation mode should be paid to farmers and herders who are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry, meanwhile, order form input mode that assisted by other modes should be choosed to farmers and herders who are engaged in non- agricultural industry.
