摘　　要：阐述了实践育人的意义,分析了校企合作建实践基地的可行性,并结合实际情况,概述了深化校企合作建立稳定实践基地的思路与具体做法,介绍了"海大班"这一典型校企合作育人新模式。In this paper, the significance of practice education and the feasibility of practice base construction between school and company were analyzed. Combining with the actual situation, the new ideas and approaches about how to enhance the cooperation between school and company for establishing a stable practice base were outlined, and the new education model of ＂Haida Class＂ was also introduced.
