蚕豆根尖微核技术检测化妆品的致突变性

摘　　要：为探讨蚕豆（Ｖｉｃｉａｆａｂａ）根尖微核技术检测化妆品致突变性的有效性，检测了１１种化妆品，结果表明：Ｎ牌染发剂和Ｔ牌冷烫精各剂量组、Ｎ牌祛斑液、Ｌ牌收缩水、Ｆ牌粉刺露的高、中剂量组蚕豆根尖微核率明显高于对照组，提示这５种化妆品对蚕豆根尖细胞遗传基因有损伤，其致突变效应应引起重视；Ｋ牌香水、Ｆ牌防晒霜、Ｘ牌洗发护发精、Ｓ牌蛇油美容霜、Ｃ牌健肤乳和Ｕ牌橄榄油各剂量组的微核率与对照组相比，差异均无显著性，提示这６种化妆品对蚕豆根尖细胞遗传基因没有损伤，可安全使用。另外，蚕豆根尖做为一种快速、有效地检测化妆品致突变性的技术手段，值得推广。The mutagenicities of 11 kinds of cosmetics had been determined by Vicia faba micronucleus technique.The results showed that the Vivia faba micronucleus rates of N hair colouring agent and T cold wave agent at every dosage groups,N removal flecks agent,L cosmetics shrink water and F ache agent in high and middle dosage groups were significantly higher than those of the control groups.It meaned that these 5 kinds of cosmetics damaged the genetic gene of root tip cells of Vicia faba.Their mutagenicities should be paid more attention to.The Vivia faba micronucleus rates induced by K perfume,F anti sunburn water,X shampoo and hair conditioner,S beauty water,C skin protecting milk and U olive of every dosage groups showed no significant difference compared with control groups.It suggested that these 6 kinds of comestics had no damage effect on genetic gene of root tip cells of Vivia faba.They could be used safely.On the other hand,Vicia faba technique should be popularized for its fast determination speed and perfect effect in the detection of cosmetics mutagenicity.
