摘　　要：外周原始神经外胚叶肿瘤(pPNET)/尤文肉瘤(EWS)是一类少见的、发生于中枢神经系统和交感神经系统以外神经嵴的小圆形细胞恶性肿瘤。主要由原始神经外胚层细胞组成,并可有多向分化的潜能。其免疫表型表达CD99(O13)及两项以上的神经标记物,遗传学上有染色体t(11;22)(q24;q12)的易位。笔者着重对其临床病理特征、免疫表型、病理诊断及鉴别诊断、预后等方面进行综述。Peripheal primitive neuroectodermal tumor （pPNET） and Ewing＇s sarcoma were a rare kind of small round cell sarcoma origin from nervous crest excluding central nervous system and sympathetic nervous system, composed of peripheral primitive neural ectoderm cells , and had a multi - directional differentiation potentiality. Its immunophenotype had the expression of neuro- tumor marker such as CD99 （O13）. The translocation of t（11;22）（q24;q12） could happen in genetics. We had a review about clinical patho-character, immunophenotype, patho- diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis of pPNET and EWS.
