摘 要:使用水蒸气作为保护气体,在170~210%温度下对杨木单板进行2.0~5.0h炭化处理试验。结果表明,单板颜色变深,呈褐色,主波长范围为592.4~594.1nm,兴奋纯度在30.8%~48.9%范围之内;力学性能衰减较大,抗拉强度下降了52.3%;尺寸稳定性有提高,24h吸水厚度膨胀率平均仅为0.56%;胶合性能随炭化温度的升高和炭化时间的延长而降低,适宜的炭化温度为180~185%,炭化时间为3.0~3.5h。Heat treatment of poplar veneer was studied. Poplar veneer was heated to temperatures of 170, 180, 190,200, 210℃, respectively with duration of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5,4.0, 4.5 5.0 h, respectively while it was protected with steam. The experience results indicated that the color of heat treated poplar veneer darkens and is brown. Its dominant wave length is 592.4 - 594. l nm and excitation .purity is 30. 8%- 48.9%. Its mechanical properties decrease more substantially and its tension strength decreases 52.3%. Its dimension stability is increased and its thickness swelling ratio is only 0.56% in average after 24hrs cold water adsorption . Its glueability decreases with increased treatment temperatures and time. It is appropriate that treatment temperature is 180 - 185℃ and treatment time is 3.0 - 3.5h.
