摘　　要：文章借鉴资产负债表的分析方法,通过建立技术平衡表,进而对企业技术的新颖度、自有度和技术创新转化为生产力的程度等方面进行分析,可为企业管理者在技术创新管理方面提供一种比较具体的科学系统的方法。This paper used the analytical methods of balance sheet to present a deep analysis on the enterprise＇s measurement of novelty, transformation of Technological Innovation to productive forces through constructing the technology balance sheet. A specific and science system method was provided on Technological Innovation management for enterprises executives .
