摘　　要：本文具体论列安徽在中华文化统一的共性下独有的人文特质,并进一步探讨形成这种特质的地理环境、人文背景、战争因素以及屯垦、侨郡等南北对峙时期制度建设等原因。The special humanity content in Anhui province is discussed and enumerated in the environment of the united Chinese literature tradition. Furthermore, some reasons for the formation of the special humanity are investigated, such as regional condition, literature background and the war effect. Also, the system foundation such as army cultivation and localization of the emigration in the North and South Dynasty is considered.
