摘　　要：进入21世纪,中外合作办学的机遇与挑战并存。如何建设具有国际合作教育特色的英语课程与教学体系是中外合作办学的关键。因此,必须整合现有的英语课程与教学体系,转换教师角色,提高教师素质,改进教学内容与方法,把引进的原版教材本土化,分利用外教与国内教师协作教学,能为双语课程的教学服务。此课题的研究对提升国际合作教育质量具有启示意义。As a new initiative for the millennium, the National Chinese-foreign cooperation requires institutes to focus on opportunity aed challenge via good education and teaching assurance. The key of the National Chinese-- foreign cooperation is to build the characteristics of English courses and teaching systems of International cooperation education. For this reason, we must combine existing English courses and teaching systems, change teacher roles, improve teacher＇s quality, improve Content of courses and methods, localize the original teaching material, utilize foreign teacher cooperation with domestic teachers, to serve for bilingual teaching. This essay has meaning of enlightening in promoting the quality of international cooperation education.
