摘  要:通过分析蔡元培高等教育思想关于“教授治校”之体制、不拘一格延揽人才、倡导学术自由、注重教师创新精神、屏弃“学而优则仕”等观念,提示我国高校人事制度改革应树立以教师为本的理念、激发教师的自主创造力、克服官本位的价值取向,从而将我国的高等院校办成世界一流大学。This paper first analyzes Cai Yuanpei' s higher educational ideology, which includes the system of professors governing the university, not sticking to one pattern for talents recruitment, advocating academic freedom, giving priority to teachers ' innovative spirit, and discarding the idea that "excellent learning leads to a promising official career". And then it discusses that in order to build world-class universities, we should have teacher-oriented conception, stimulate teachers' creativity and overcome official-oriented in universities' personnel system reform.
