摘　　要：语音系统主要分为语音外围控制和语音流程控制。语音外围控制通过启动不同的线程监听客户来电,通过Socket通信完成服务器端和客户端的数据交互;语音流程控制则是通过用户自定义的流程模型完成来电的接听、转接、判断以及内线外播等操作。通过实际运行,系统的设计令人相当满意。The voice system mainly consists of the external voice control and the voice process control. The external control gets the customer calls by initiating different threads monitor and through the Socket communication the server and client data interaction is completed. The voice control completes calls, forwarding, extension of judgment and broadcast operation through user-defined process model. The actual operation shows that the design of this system is quite satisfactory.
