摘　　要：目的:评价尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗超早期脑血栓的疗效和临床意义。方法:对60例超早期脑血栓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用尿激酶及低分子肝素钙治疗;对照组给予一般常规治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率90%,明显高于对照组,其疗效较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗超早期脑血栓疗效好,能较好地改善病人预后,减少了致残率和病死率。Objective：To estimate the efficiency of urokinase and lowmolecularweight heparin calcium in treatment of acute super-early cerebral thrombosis.Method：60 patients with super-early cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with urokinase and low-molecular-weight heparin calcium;the control group were treated with the conventional therapy.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and obviously higher than those in control group.There were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Combined administration of urokinase with lowmolecular weight heparin calcium may have an better efficience of super-early cerebral thrombosis,and may change the prognosis of the patients.
