摘  要:目的:探讨高龄大肠癌围手术期处理与营养支持的作用。方法:回顾性分析89例70岁以上高龄大肠癌病人,随机分成二组。对照组未行营养支持,治疗组进行围手术期及临床营养支持后手术治疗。结果:对照组手术切除率67.5%,并发症37.5%;治疗组手术切除率83.6%,术后并发症14.3%,二组对比差异显著。结论:高龄大肠癌病人围手术期处理与临床营养支持至关重要,对提高手术切除率、减少并发症、改善预后有积极意义。Objective:To evaluate the role of perioperative management and nutritional support for aged patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Data of 89 elderly patients(over 70 years old)with colorectal carcinoma from 1995 to 2007 were retrospective analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups randomly.The controlled group were not treated by nutritional support,the therapy group treated with perioperative management and nutritional support.Results:In controlled group the resection rate was 67.5%,postoperative complications rates was 37.5%.In therapy group the resection rate was 83.6%,postoperative complications rates was 14.3%.The statistical difference between two groups was significant.Conclusions:Proper perioperative management and nutritional support is very important for aged patients with colorectal carcinoma to improve the resection rate,reduce complications and improve prognosis.
