摘　　要：对汉语表层语义关系进行了初步的分析,并引入协商机制来保证神经元之间有序地进行自主连接,定义了协商模型和协商语言,给出了相应的分析算法。In this paper,a novel approach to understand Chinese surface semantic by constructing Semantic Neural Network is proposed. The relationship of Chinese surface semantic is analyzed, and the mechanism of negotiation to guarantee the orderly connection between the neurons that can act spontaneously is introduced,the negotiation model and negotiation language are defined, and the negotiation algorithm is also presented.
