摘　　要：目前,国外各大管道公司普遍采用管道完整性管理(PIM)这种管理模式,即一种以可靠性为核心的风险预控管理模式。文章介绍了国外油气管道完整性管理体系的发展过程,论述了完整性管理的概念、内容以及实施原则,并对这种模式的实施提出了建议。Most overseas pipeline companies adopt Pipeline Integrity Managemen(tPIM)currently. PIM is a management mode that centers on the reliability and the risk pre-control. The development of overseas PIM system was introduced. The concept , content , and implementation principle of PIM were described. Some suggestions for the implementation of PIM were given.
