非负荷期牙种植体近远中牙槽骨吸收的数字全景X片观察与分析

摘　　要：目的：评价和分析非负荷期种植体周围牙槽骨的吸收情况。方法：观测、分析、对比32例植入43枚Replace系统种植体在术后3～4个月非负荷期间的数字全景X片上种植体近远中牙槽吸收的情况。结果：43枚Replace种植体植入后3～4个月近远中骨吸收测量结果分别为0．09mm和0．12mm，两者之间无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：数字全景X片显示非负荷期种植体周围牙槽骨有吸收并且种植体近远中牙槽吸收无明显差异。Objective： To evaluate the bone loss around the unload implant after they were implanted for 3 to 4 months by digital panoramic radiograph. Methods.-32 subjects who had been placed 43 substitutive pure titanium implants in our hospital were selected. 0 day and 3 to 4 months after the implants were implanted, the bone resorption around the implant of each subject was measured and calculated by digital panoramic radiograph. Results： 3 to 4 months later, the distance between alveolar ridge and the top of implant in proximal and distal alveolar bones is 0. 09 mm and 0. 12 mm, respectively, and there was not any significant difference of the bone resorption between two places（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There is bone resorption around unload implants, but the difference of the bone resorption between proximal and distal alveolar bones is not significant.
