摘 要:为筛选并鉴定水稻稻瘟病拮抗细菌,采用平板测定法筛选拮抗细菌,通过形态学观察、生理生化特征及16SrDNA序列分析鉴定菌株。结果表明:从水稻叶片、稻田土壤中共分离得到168株细菌,其中26株对稻瘟病菌有拮抗作用,8株具有强拮抗作用的菌株有,8个代表性的菌株对水稻稻瘟病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和水稻恶苗病菌均表现了强的拮抗作用。选择拮抗性能最强的一个菌株T61,鉴定结果为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。本试验所筛选的枯草芽孢杆菌对3种主要的水稻真菌病害有显著的抑制效果。Screening and identification of antagonistic bacteria against rice blast was conducted. Screening the antagonistic bacteria was done through diualculture on PDA plates, the strain was identified throush morphology observation, physiological characters and 16SrDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that 168 bacteria strains were isolated from rice leaves and paddy field, of which 26 strains were antagonistic to Pyricularia grisea, and with 8 strains strongly antagonistic to the pathogen. The 8 representative strains were all antagonistic to Pyricularia grisea, Rhizoctonia solani and Fusariun moniliforme. One most representative strain T61 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. The screened and identified Bacillus subtilis was strongly antagonistic to 3 main rice fungi diseases.
