高校教学中投机行为的博弈分析

摘　　要：博弈分析表明,在现行的教育体制下,教师和学生均存在着严重的投机倾向。在不受道德约束时,这种倾向就会转变成现实。这种投机行为的根源在于有缺陷的教育体制,预防和解决这种投机行为最好的方法就是完善管理体制,构建监督惩罚体系。Game theory holds the view that both teachers and students are severely inclined to be speculators in the current educational system, which arises from the deficient educational institutions. The paper recognizes that perfect mechanism for management, supervision and punishment be established to prevent the speculative behaviors in teaching and learning.
