摘　　要：根据电场杀菌理论,利用电场作用致使生物死亡的方法处理船舶压载水,实验验证细胞的电穿孔、电场对细胞生长和代谢的影响,介绍实验装置方法、数据采集及结果分析。In term of the principle of electric field sterilization, high voltage electric field can be used to kill algae and treat the ballast water. Experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of the electric field upon cell＇s growth and metabolize, and the effect of killing algae. The experimental equipment, process, data acquisition and analysis of the experimental results were introduced.
