摘　　要：在认识我国企业家制度创新现实要求的基础上,通过对创业需要和创业动机进行具体分析,认为这对于创业企业家的创业活动具有非常重要的影响,并据此提高我国企业家制度创新应该积极引导创业需要、正确激发创业动机。On the basis of recognizing the reality requirements of China＇s entrepreneurs system. Viewed in the entrepreneurs＇perspective, entrepreneurial needs and entrepreneurial motivation directly impact on the entrepreneurial activities. The innovation of China＇s entrepreneurs system should actively guide entrepreneurial needs and correctly stimulate entrepreneurial motivation, in order to more effectively expand the group of entrepreneurs, and then promote the community as a whole entrepreneurial economy to flourish.
