非“核心期刊”类学报发展的思考

摘　　要：学报办刊定位的综合性、内向性与当前的学术评价体系存在结构性矛盾。发展非"核心期刊"类学报除了应充分发挥"人的主观能动性"、做大做强特色栏目外,还要整合目前核心期刊的遴选体系,同时高校要制定适合本校发展的学术评价机制,探索联合办刊路径并赋予学报法人地位。There exists a structure contradiction between comprehensiveness in journal positioning and the current academic evaluation system. To develop the non-core journals, the selection system of core journals should be integrated, with the special columns vigorously developed in addition to bringing man＇s initiative to full play. Meanwhile, universities should create academic evaluation mechanisms of their own, explore the ways to cooperate journals and grant the Journal corporate proper status.
