摘　　要：目的:分析青少年吸烟相关知识、态度和行为,以及对控烟政策和措施认知和看法,为决策者完善烟草预防和控制政策提供有效的信息。方法:采用固定样本量方法,在上海市徐汇区某初中、高中和某职校选择三组人群,共计480人开展样本问卷调查。结果:青少年学生吸烟率为2.91%,尝试吸烟率为16.01%,其中职校男性和高中男性吸烟率较高。有18.72%调查对象不知道有关禁烟规定,50.85%不知道《烟草控制框架公约》(FCTC)。结论:青少年吸烟预防和干预措施必须强调创建良好的社会环境、健康的文化氛围和正面向上的榜样作用的重要性和必要性。Objectives： To assess the perceptions toward tobacco control policy and regulations in order to provide the information to policy-makers. Methods： The questionnaire survey was conducted among 480 students from one junior school, high school, and technical school in Xuhui District. Results： Smoking prevalence is 2.91% , 16.01% for experimental smoking. Among these rate the technical school students their smoking prevalence is much higher. 18.72% students they do not aware of tobacco control policy and regulations, 50.85% have no idea about FCTC. Conclusions： In order to effective smoking prevention and intervention, it is vital and imperative that social supporting environment, health cultural surroundings and positive role model being enhanced.
