摘　　要：目的分析和总结用介入手段治疗胃癌术后复发和残胃癌的方法。方法回顾性分析我院2003年-2007年收治的36例胃癌术后复发和残胃癌的临床资料。结果此36例患者经介入治疗后病灶均缩小。结论选择行DSA造影技术寻找出病灶的供血动脉后给予灌注化疗和灌注化疗+碘化油混悬剂栓,取得了一定疗效,是治疗胃癌复发的一种新的治疗手段。Objective To analyze treatment of recrudescence and the remnant stomach cancer by intervention method. Methods Analyze the data in 2003 -2007 total 36 cases stomach cancer patients recrudescence and remnant stomach cancer. Results These 36 patients after intervention treatment the disease locali reduced. Conclusion Obtained blood supply artery after DSA radiography technology and give the irrigation chemotherapy and the irrigation chemotherapy plus iodized oil suspension suppository is a new treatment method for the stomach cancer recrudescence.
