摘　　要：高校体育不仅是大学教育的重要组成部分,也是将体质、意志和精神教育融为一体的综合教育手段。高校体育教育,应该大力发展大学生心理健康教育,从而在人才培养中发挥更大的作用。Physical education is not only one comprehensive means of composing physique, of psychological health of the college students the education. part of the education in the colleges and universities but also a will and spirit. In the teaching of physical education, education should be developed greatly so that it can play its role better in the education.
