空管药物一次法治疗乳牙窦道型尖周炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的应用空管药物一次法治疗乳牙窦道型尖周炎,评价其疗效。方法随机将393颗乳牙分为两组,实验组用空管药物进行治疗,对照组用加碘仿的氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根充。结果随访0.5～2年,两组治疗效果差异无统计学意义。结论空管药物治疗与常规碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂根充治疗效果相似,且空管药物疗法在乳牙的特定时期及特定牙齿上具有不可替代的作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of deciduous chronic apical inflammation with one-way no-filling medication. Methods 393 teeth suffered from deciduous chronic apical inflammation were randomly divided between experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with no-filling medication,while the control group with zinc oxide eugenol with iodophores. Results Both experimental and control groups showed similar efficacy of treatment. Conclusion Considering equal efficacy to zinc oxide eugenol with iodophores and the indisplaceable roles in the treatment of specific deciduous tooth and certain stage of deciduous tooth,Non-filling medication should be the standard treatment for the deciduous chronic apical inflammation.
