摘 要:借鉴了西方薪酬满意评价的修正差距理论模型,利用SPSS12.0分别从年龄、性别、学历及职位等自变量上对民营企业员工薪酬满意度进行了实证分析,发现民营企业员工薪酬总体满意度不高,女性员工和青年员工满意度偏低,员工薪酬满意度在学历和职位方面存在着显著差异,并针对企业现存问题提出了相应的对策建议。The paper studies the western modified discrepancy model of salary satisfaction and uses SPSS12.0 to give empirical analysis on the staff salary satisfaction in private enterprises from the variables such as age, sex, education, position and so on. We can find that the overall satisfaction of staff in private enterprises is not high, the satisfaction of female workers and young workers is low and the staff salary satisfaction has remarkable differences in terms of education and position. Then the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
