摘　　要：目的:观察人为造成视网膜脱离导致眼内压下降,治疗绝对期青光眼。方法:于睫状体平坦部作一巩膜全层切口,用导光纤维从该巩膜切口进入玻璃体腔,人为造成视网膜剥离,导致眼内压下降,改善眼痛等症状。结果:11例病人的眼压全部下降至正常,甚至低于正常,10例症状完全缓解,1例症状部分缓解。结论:人为造成视网膜脱离在治疗绝对期青光眼中有确切疗效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of artificial retinal dialysis to release their distress in the treatment of patients with the end glaucoma. Methods： 11 cases with the end glaucoma were treated with artificial retinal dialysis by a fiber optic illuminator via pars plana. Results：All of the cases, pain was relaxed, also the eye pressure dropped significantly, even some dropped to normal, Conclusions： Artificial retinal dialysis is an effective way to treat the patients within the end glaucoma.
