摘　　要：眼部新生血管性疾病是损害人类视力的主要疾病,其发病机制非常复杂,目前认为眼内新生血管形成依赖于血管生长促进因子及抑制因子之间的消长平衡。近年来,内源性血管形成抑制剂在眼部新生血管性疾病中的作用越来越受到关注,本文就与眼内新生血管形成有关的内源性血管形成抑制剂作简要综述。Ocular vascular diseases are the major lesions which damage vision in human beings. Their mechanisms are very complicated,which is considered that ocular angiogenesis depends on the balance between vascular positive growth factors and inhibitive factors at present. Endogenous inhibitors of angiogenesis are being paid more and more attention due to their important roles in ocular vascular diseases. This article reviews several major endogenous inhibitors of angiogenesis associating with intraocular neovascularization.
